- Auto-renews, hard to cancel/change
2️⃣ Appoint CMBM
- Rolling 364-day contracts (renew only if owners agree)
- $434,090/year (incl. GST) – saves $3.5M over 5 years
- Same services, competitive tenders every 5 years
- Funds saved → repairs, upgrades, maintenance
Key Facts
- Both use in-house staff + specialist contractors
- Legal claims in SGA deal are widely seen as weak or lapsed
- No loss of access for trades, emergency services, or fobs
- On-site manager (if wanted) could be hired separately (~$150k/year)
